Centre Manager Participates in Business Event at the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Muhamed Mandžić, Manager of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, participated on 1 October in Zagreb at the business event “Economic Cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia – Opportunities and Prospects for Enhancement”, organised by the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Republic of Croatia.

In his address, he highlighted the Centre’s contribution to economic cooperation through the preparation of companies for the halal market, the adaptation of products and processes to halal standards, and the creation of additional prerequisites for export and access to new markets.

He emphasised that Bosnia and Herzegovina represents one of the important and natural halal markets for Croatian companies, while halal certification can simultaneously serve as an important reference for entering other international markets.

On that occasion, the Business Forum 2026 was announced, to be held on 12 November in Zagreb, with the aim of connecting companies, institutions and international business partners and creating new business opportunities.

The Centre expresses its gratitude to the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina and to Ambassador Dr Elma Kovačević-Bajtal for the invitation and for organising the event.
