1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use govern the rules for using the official website of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification (hereinafter: the Centre).

By accessing and using the website, the user is deemed to be familiar with these Terms of Use and to accept them in full. If the user does not agree with these Terms, they must cease using the website.

The Centre reserves the right to modify the website content and these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Centre’s website serves informational purposes, with the aim of providing accurate and up-to-date information on:

  • halal certification

  • certification procedures

  • standards and regulations

  • certified entities

  • the Centre’s activities and competences

The published content does not constitute a legally binding offer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users are obliged to use the website in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia, good business practices and the purpose of the website.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For any disputes, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
