Gostujuće predavanje na Prehrambeno biotehnološkom fakultetu

On 24 October 2024, a guest lecture on the topic “Halal Certification – Global Impact and Role in Nutrition” was held at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagreb, led by Mirela Tinjić, MSc Nutr., head of the Education Department at the Centre for Halal Quality Certification.

The lecture was held as part of the course “Traditional Ways of Nutrition” for fourth-year nutrition students. During the lecture, students had the opportunity to learn more about the Centre for Halal Quality Certification and its role in the context of halal standards in the food industry. The principles of proper nutrition were also presented through the lens of Islam and science, as well as halal as a lifestyle.
