Group training for internal halal quality auditors was held

On 12 November 2024, a group training for internal halal quality auditors was held at the Islamic Centre Zagreb. The training was attended by representatives of the companies Glazir d.o.o., Mlinar d.o.o., Istar Agro d.o.o., Božjakovina d.d. and Zvijezda Plus d.o.o.

During the training, participants had the opportunity to learn about key terminological concepts of halal and haram, and to examine in detail the implementation of the halal standard HRN BAS 1049:2010. Additionally, participants were given a visit to the prayer space of the Islamic Centre, through which they gained new knowledge and experiences.

This training represents an important step in the further improvement and assurance of the quality of halal products on the market.
