Nedim Omerović / Moderator at Business Forum 2026.

Expert in Information Technology and International Cooperation | Consulate General of the State of Qatar in Munich

Nedim Omerović is an expert with professional experience in the fields of information technology, halal certification, international cooperation, and the management of technical and administrative processes.

During his professional engagement at the Center for Halal Quality Certification in Zagreb, he served as Head of the Education Department and Head of the Certification Department, where he took part in organizing training programs, implementing certification processes, and developing quality systems. He also worked on the development of a document management system (DMS), linking technological solutions with the needs of certification processes.

He currently serves as a technical and administrative assistant at the Consulate General of the State of Qatar in Munich, where he is involved in the coordination of operational activities, technical support, and cooperation with international institutions and partners.

He received his education at the University of Applied Sciences VSITE in Zagreb, where he graduated in Information Technology and earned a master's degree in Social Sciences and Theology from the University of Muscat in Oman. He speaks Croatian, English, and Arabic.

At the Business Forum 2026, he will moderate Panel 4: Technology, Innovation & the Future of Business, during which questions of technological change, digital transformation, and new business opportunities in the modern economy will be opened up.
