New generation of external halal quality auditors trained

In June 2023, the Centre for Halal Quality Certification successfully completed training for new external auditors. The new generation of auditors, composed of 18 experts from the fields of food technology, agronomy, veterinary medicine, sanitary engineering, chemical engineering, and health and medical management. Their training will provide additional support in conducting supervisory and certification audits, thereby strengthening the overall quality of halal products. This is a step forward towards ensuring high standards of halal certification and enhancing consumer confidence.
