That their mission is not just an empty phrase is confirmed by the halal certificate, which was formally presented to them by the head of the Centre, Dr. sc. Aldin, on 27 July 2021 in Poreč.
HALAL BUSINESS FORUM
On 11 June 2021, at the premises of the BB Oil olive oil company, a halal certificate was ceremonially presented by Dr. sc. Aldin Dugonjić, on behalf of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification of the Islamic Community in Croatia, to Lidija Ambroš, Executive Director of the company. In this way, the ecologically cold-pressed oils and flours, products of the olive oil producer from Bijelo Brdo, received yet another confirmation of quality and established themselves as high-quality products that are continuously validated in the demanding global market.
On behalf of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, the certificate was awarded by the Centre’s head, Assistant Professor Dr. sc. Aldin Dugonjić.
