Training Held for Representatives of Perlis d.o.o.

On 24 January 2024, at the premises of Perlis d.o.o., employees of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification conducted a training course for internal auditors.

The aim of the training was to familiarize the candidates with the requirements of halal quality and to educate them for the independent implementation of the system in production facilities and the preparation of the necessary documentation.

The company PERLIS d.o.o. is engaged in the production of extruded flour from various types of cereals, bakery fillings from various types of fruit, bakery cocoa cream fillings, and dessert toppings for ice cream and cakes.
