Vedran Kelek is an international business expert with more than 23 years of experience in the FMCG industry, specializing in business development, commercial strategy, expansion into international markets, and business operations management.

He currently serves as Executive Director for Eastern Europe and New Markets at Podravka, where he leads international commercial activities and strategic business development in the markets of Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.

Over the course of his career, he has achieved significant results in establishing business in markets where Podravka had not previously been present. His contribution to developing business activities in Iraq, Libya, Kuwait, and Bolivia is particularly noteworthy, where he established long-term partnerships and created new opportunities for the company's international growth.

His professional experience also includes leading sales, marketing, and development activities for the Middle East and North Africa region, with particular emphasis on developing distribution networks, expanding the product portfolio, and strengthening market position.
