The first halal certificate for a travel agency in Poland has been awarded

Today, a ceremony for the awarding of the halal quality certificate to the Travel Agency Agnieszka Puszczewicz, headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, was organised at the Islamic Centre Zagreb. The Travel Agency Agnieszka Puszczewicz is the first company from Poland ever to be awarded a halal certificate. Edina Mešić, head of the Centre’s Quality Department, welcomed those present and introduced the Puszczewicz Travel Agency.

The halal quality certificate was presented by Mufti Academic Aziz ef. Hasanović. During the awarding, the Mufti emphasised that the halal certificate is the key to entering markets with a Muslim majority. He congratulated them on the step taken, and in particular thanked the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Croatia, H.E. Mr Paweł Czerwiński, who attended the awarding, stressing that the ambassador’s presence is the best indicator of the support that is significant for the success of any project. He expressed hope that the awarded certificate would further strengthen cooperation between the two countries in this field as well, and wished the Agency much success in its work and activities.

After the awarding, Mrs Puszczewicz thanked them for the awarded certificate and expressed satisfaction with the successfully completed process. This was followed by socialising and conversation in which experiences were shared.
