Halal Certificate Awarded to Capra Domestica d.o.o.

On Wednesday, 6 March 2024, at the Islamic Centre in Zagreb, a halal certificate awarding ceremony was held, in which the Director of the Centre, Aziz ef. Hasanović, presented the certificate to the company Capra Domestica d.o.o. On behalf of the company, the certificate was received by Mr. Marko Samaržija, Sales Manager.

Capra Domestica is engaged in the production of goat milk and dairy products according to the highest ecological, hygienic and ethical standards, with their cheese delicacies winning over an increasing number of healthy food lovers day by day.

The Director, together with members of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification team, welcomed Mr. Samaržija and Mr. Fabijan Oštarić, who implemented the entire halal quality system within the company. He congratulated them on the successful implementation, especially since their production is based on ecological production, which implies milk and products that do not contain additives, colourings, flavour enhancers or preservatives. He emphasized that the type of production applied by Capra Domestica ensures the best products, which with their quality can compete in any market, and that the certificate on the application of the halal standard further testifies to the quality and opens up the possibility of expansion into new markets.

Mr. Samaržija and Mr. Oštarić thanked the Mufti and the members of the Centre team for their hospitality and professionalism, and expressed their satisfaction with the implementation of the halal quality standard. The Director wished them much success in their future business and assured them of the Centre's support in opening up new markets.
