Visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in the Republic of Croatia

The Manager of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, Mr. Muhamed Mandžić, together with the President of the Management Board, Dr. sc. Mirzo Šabić, paid an official visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in the Republic of Croatia, where they met with H.E. Ms. Suwartini Wirta, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia.

During the meeting, discussions focused on opportunities for enhancing cooperation between the institutions, with particular emphasis on the development of the halal industry, strengthening trade relations and connecting business communities.

Special emphasis was placed on the organisation of the Business Forum 2026 in Dubrovnik, as a platform for connecting the business community, investors and institutions from different parts of the world. The importance of involving partners from Southeast Asia was highlighted, including Indonesia as one of the key global halal markets.

The interlocutors expressed mutual interest in further strengthening cooperation through joint projects, exchange of knowledge and institutional support for the development of the halal market.
