The Manager of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, Muhamed Mandžić, held an official meeting at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce with Mr. Mansour Alajmi, Director of the Department for International Cooperation.

During the meeting, discussions focused on enhancing institutional cooperation, connecting business communities, and exploring opportunities for placing halal-certified products on the market of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

Mecca, a symbol of faith and one of the most important places in the Islamic world, is these days bringing together representatives of the global halal industry for the international event Makkah Halal Forum 2026, taking place from 14 to 16 February in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Centre for Halal Quality Certification informs its partners and halal certificate holders that it has successfully renewed its status as an authorized foreign halal certification body (Foreign Halal Certification Body – FHCB) with Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS), for a period of three years.

An official visit by the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of Croatia, Her Excellency Ms. Alma Kovačević Bajtal, was held at the premises of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification.

On this occasion, the Ambassador presented a letter of appreciation to the Manager of the Centre, Mr. Muhamed Mandžić, for the support in organizing the commemoration of the Statehood Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, thereby once again confirming the excellent cooperation between the Centre and the Embassy of BiH.

A very substantive and cordial meeting was held at the premises of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Zagreb between H.E. Mr. Qianjin Qi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to the Republic of Croatia, and Muhamed Mandžić, Acting Manager of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification.

The Singapore Halal International Seminar, one of the most significant global forums dedicated to the development and advancement of the halal industry, was held at the Hilton Hotel in Singapore. The event brought together representatives of government institutions, regulatory bodies, halal organizations and institutions, and experts from different parts of the world.
